I am tight on time as I'm with a tour group, and breaking away for 1 day to do Rainbow Mts. I will fly into Cusco and drive to Sacred Valley to spend 2N there. Then 1N in Machu Picchu, before driving back to Cusco. Estimated arrival in Cusco 5pm, and having just 1/2 night sleep before 3AM pick-up to Rainbow Mountains. Is this sufficient acclimatizing, given I have 2N in Sacred Valley but just 1/2N in Cusco before the 3AM pick up? I have no other choice as I need to rejoin my tour group and depart Cusco the day after. It's my one shot at seeing Rainbow Mt.

Appreciate your thoughts. I'm excited at the prospect of seeing Rainbow Mt but am concerned about not acclimating sufficiently. Thanks!
